Today, try approaching every action in both your yoga practice & your life with intention and peace.
Look at every action, idea and dream as if you were a child. As if doing it for the very first time, with curiosity and zeal. Nothing is telling you that this may not be possible, and perhaps more importantly you do not have any past fears, worries, stress or guilts telling you that can’t.
Have no expectations in your yoga practice. Do not compare yourself to past achievements or be disappointed by comparisons to others. Do not assume that you know how this will turn out or what level you should be achieving. Enter with joy and let this moment be as incredible as it is."
